Pros
The bamboo viscose material makes up for it because it's so soft. Love the perfect softness with its cloud like premium stuffing. The cover has 5% spandex.
It makes sleeping comfortably for our little one, a dream and is worth every single penny. My grandson loves it and every night asks for it.
This one comes with its own removable pillow case that has a satiny feel. The silky soft & safe bamboo derived viscose pillow case adds a wonderful touch to the pillow.
Cons
The pillow is packaged perfectly but unfortunately upon opening the package and trying to fluff it up after reading the directions, it’s just « slightly » fluffy and mostly all air.

The overall quality of the pillow is good just be mindful when children are sleeping on it if yours likes to roll over in their sleep.
Price
With that in mind i do think it's worth the money and makes for a great to go pillow.
Packaging/appearance
It came with cleaning instructions and has a cute pattern on the front.
It comes with the case already on it so that's a nice addition.

This pillow is listed as soft to medium which is probably fair for little ones but i would say its soft for adults

You can scrunch it and fold it as needed but its designed for little ones necks so it flattersofter for adults
