Had it a couple of months and never fogged up yet. Only disadvantage is the led lights really do not shine up appropriately for shaving.

Purchased as a shaving mirror in the shower and bought because of the frame lights which id hope would overcome the lack of light in the shower stall

However the leds in the frame do a nice job of accentuating the frame but do nothing to light the face

You have to fill the tank in the back with warm water wait a couple of minutes then its perfectly fogless
