Pros & Cons
Pros
Waterpik has a large enough tank that i can do my whole mouth on one fill. I like the large tank, less filling and more time focused on cleaning.
This is easy to use. This product far outshines the competitors! Game changer. Second glosser after 5 yrs.
Has a long battery life before needing recharging.
This product feels great on my gums and seems to clean well below the gum-line surface. My dentist and her technicians all tell me i should keep using this because my gum are still in great shape, even though i'm over 80 years old. My husband loves it... Read More
Cons
The water tank cap releases itself when using, so the water comes out and the irrigator can not be used. The hinged flap that opens and closes to add and keep water during use broke off.
Highlights
Quality
It works really well, and has an adjustable spray for a stronger or lighter stream, depending on your preference.
This is great… it works better than flossing because of the water pressure it's able to maintain… and much easier to use!
One unit stopped working after abut 6 months even though fully charged.
Manufacturer needs to design/offer some kind of stand to allow for drying of each piece.
Price
I bought one for $10 less and it truly was a piece of crap.
Better for the money than oral b.
Shipping
I completed the company's online warranty form and was advised that a replacement was being sent to me the very same day.
Competitiveness
I have tried various portable brands and this one is so far has the stronger water stream.
