Pros
It needs a removable top edge that accommodates the handle (handle is a great feature) and secures the bag. Comes with some sturdy garbage bags. Just needs sturdier shipping foam/box.
Product is great. Sturdy, well made and holds a lot of material in both bins. I am very pleased with this product.
This bin is sleek, generously sized, without overwhelming my kitchen. The toe pedal to open the lid is long and works well.
Cons
Reviewer is disappointed in the quality of this product. The foot pedal sounds and feels like it's about to break. There's a crack in one of the bins that gets caught when lifting it to take it out.

Nice and heavy duty not flimsy at all, easy to clean just wipe off and no fingerprints.
Sturdy, well made and holds a lot of material in both bins.
The metal handle to lift the container out of the bin gets in the way of taking the actual garbage bag out of the bin.
The lid sticks open most of the time.
Price
The item itself is a great value!
The trash can is expensive and holds a small amount of trash.
It's a little pricey but it's big and helped solve the issue we had with recycle taking over a corner of the kitchen.
Packaging/appearance
We’ll packaged and protected, although the first one did have a small dent and needed to be exchanged.
Would give 5 stars if not for flimsy packing.
