It's like a nice spearmint gum, pretty much exactly. The mint flavour is not bad but personally i prefer very strong minty flavour.
Tom's of maine luminous white toothpaste with charcoal comes in a medium-size 85ml tube. It's a nice whitening toothpaste, containing charcoal as is the current fad. The charcoal aspect doesn't get too messy like other charcoal-based toothpaste.
This toothpaste knocks both of those things out of the park. We like that the flavour isn't over powering like so many other'mint' toothpastes.
Tom's of maine is a brand name majority-owned subsidiary of colgate-palmolive since 2006. I love that toothpaste it leaves your mouth feeling sooo nice.
Cons
They refunded my money it with no hassle. Ruined my teeth. Please refrain from buying this.

It is made of biodegradable or mineral derived ingredients.
I did try several natural toothpaste for sensitivity and it seems that my gingivitis gets annoyed by it.

Great price for decent quality as well.
Like the flavour & great value for money.
You have to shop around to save money.
Amazon seems to have the cheapest price so far so bundle up :)
Competitiveness
Four stars instead of 5 because it is considerably more expensive than the major brands.
This works far superior compared to any other sensitivity toothpaste i have tried.
Use tom's for a while and you'll never be able to go back to the major brands.
I don't see any difference in terms of whitening or cleaning to the major brands.

Only use natural toothpaste and at 60years old i have better teeth than my 30 yr old dentist who uses commercial toothpaste
