No one would ever notice these are compression socks they can definitely be worn under a business suit or trousers and look just regular dress socks

I also bought the “teehee microfiber knee high compression socks 3 pairs” and found them to be excessively tight and hard to get on with a top band that is painfully tight

Id feel uncomfortable wearing these with a dress and strappy sandals and socks that say tommie copper across my toes
