I had belt at tightest holes and it could have been tighter so a xlg would have been way to big everywhere else and not looked good been too bulky and generally not fit as intended
Bottom line quality is great and if you have a small chest or accross the back area it would probably fit ok but i am 54 128lbs and chest 3436 b and it was too narrow
