Pros
The sandal is very comfortable. The fabric is a bit stiff, but hopefully they will soften with wear. Not sporty in a "let's run laps" way, but with the quick zipper and durable straps, these are great for a grab and go sandal.
The heel is a little taller than my preference, but the height and shape add to its “cuteness”. They aren't sneakers or walking shoes so take comfort for what they are. I'm super picky on my shoes so a review from me is a very unique thing!
The quality is excellent and on-trend in style. The design and sturdiness. Buying them through tom's amazon store was about $30 cheaper than dsw’s listed price.

Cons
The strap around the ankle is stiff to the point that it took the largest size i bought to get it to zip comfortably. The downside is that the straps over the toes and ankle are very rigid without any give.

Fits right out of the box & comfortable no scratching or rubbing, perfect!
Was hoping it would stretch out a bit but it hasn’t yet.

I wanted a casualdressy shoe and this shoe is that i had a spur removed from back of my heal so this shoe wouldnt put any pressure on that area i really was disappointed when i couldnt zip up one side as the ankle strap had no stretch in it and it was too tight i couldnt imagine wearing it all day like i wanted
