Pros

The bag/case is well-made and it inspires confidence that it won’t be falling apart in 6 months. Great value and would recommend to anyone considering it.

Interior is very plush. Super soft material inside. The interior is very soft and padded. Strap pad is actually comfortable as well.

Cons

Surface book 3 has to be jammed into the case, and the end hangs out about a half an inch past the zipper, so it cannot be closed. When i adjust it to my necessary length, the buckle is right on top of my shoulder.

Any product that doesn't take into consideration normal human behavior (such as forgetfulness) is not a good product in my book. Seems a little sketchy. While attractive, it lacks versatility. Donated to goodwill.
