I use this to line my waterline as well and it works just fine. Best part is it comes w a easy to use brush! The consistency is perfect and i will purchase this again!

Smooth texture, easy to use, easy to apply even blind (lol) nice smudge resistance, great color.

Perfect for hooded eyes, barely smudges, easy to apply, and lasts a looooooong time.

My eyes get watery throughout the day and my eyeliner still stays on; it doesn't come off like the other eyeliners i've tried.

Not smudgeproof so therefore zero hassle to remove.
