I tightened both blades but one blade had slightly turned and gave me an uneven cut

You have to make certain all wing nuts on blades being used are all tightened to the same capacity otherwise the blade will move

I then moved the blades to use 2 blades at once cutting a 10 inch cake into 3 slices
