Pros

Installed within 25 mins. My a/c and heater are back and the fan runs smoothly. Installing this is tricky only because of the awkwardness of the location.

Works great, quiet, and balanced unlike the one i bought from a local auto parts store that didn't last. Compared to other non oem branded blower motors, this one is by far the best one i have tested. Seems to work exactly the same as oem.

Cons

Felt cheap and flimsy. Total headache. I am under the impression that the cheaply made parts have failed.
