I recommend this blanket for anyone that sleeps hot. I am hot-natured and have sleep apnea. It’s a definite keeper, and is staying on the bed!
The topcee cooling blanket feels like a cool fan is blowing on you. It stays cool for a long time, i just flip sides when it starts to warm up a little. I wish it were bigger.

Cons
Blanket still offers no relief! Barely more than a month in, the microfiber side has pilled up so badly, this blanket is uncomfortable to lay under. Washed it on delicate in a top loading washer with now agitator. It's a gimmick.
