Nice band, just wish it was clearer as the resistance isn’t enough but the band quality is excellent

Even with the band or in this strength you can certainly not hope for miracles but my girlfriend was at least able to do 5 pullups with the band from one pullup without the band

So that the color red brings something in training however you should get at least one pullup without support

He came to the entrance of where i live glanced around and the walked off didn’t even attempt to enter the building to look for any signage
