Second update was contacted by the company after one of the ringclips broke and they replaced the entire set free of charge

Its easy to add or remove the bands for increased or decreased resistance the ankle strap and door hook worked well and i was more concerned with the door failing before the anchor would

It comes with a bag to hold it all in very cheap quality but that doesn’t really matter and a pamphlet giving some exercise ideas
