This is 2mm thicker than my old one. It’s thick enough for ab workouts on my back. The carry strap is adequate.

The £40 mark is just too expensive for this and i feel like i have been conned. It is advertised at 183cm. Available from another seller for less.
It is massively overpriced for the quality that you get. Its only perk is that it is recyclable.

It doesnt slip which is good but takes at least 2 uses before the curl of where its been rolled stops sticking up
