True to the description it doesnt slip round the floor which is great however my hands do slip on the mat if i apply pressure in anyway other than straight down plank ok downward dog not ok

Ok mat don’t think it’s worth the moneysweat sits on it and makes it very slipperymat slips and slides on carpetupon first use holes formed on the top layer

Not sure its because i bough the black one but after using it for 5 mins it was covered in marks and looks really grubby
