It works great for me when i have to do exercise on a hardwood floor. It's on the thinner side, but i need it to have grip. The only downside is that if your hands start sweating, you will start to lose traction.

The quality amazes me so much. Overall good mat. Great length and thickness.

The color is very vibrant and i can wipe it down easily without the color rubbing off. I find it rather calming and keep it rolled out, just so i can look at it. I like the color of the mat,the blue makes me feel more peaceful during the yoga time!

Thickness is exactly what i wanted, just enough to provide comfort but not too thick where i was sinking in to the floor. Extra layer makes for an incredibly luxurious cushion. Overall heavier weight gives a trusted stability.

The mat itself is very comfortable to be able to do complex poses. Also the mat very supportive sitting, kneeling and standing. My feet and hands feel well grounded. It is cushioned enough to help keep comfortable during your exercises.

There’s a pidgeon on it, not a phoenix. Talk about rodents. And it is terribly dirty it grosses me out.
