Now yoga mats are normally to be used indoors but due to covid this is a different situation

This is a cushion of moderate thickness and strong with different patterns on both sides

It is obviously not as comfortable as a 12 inch yoga mat but its a tradeoff as mobility and sturdiness are increased with the 14 inch
