It feels pretty stable once clamped onto the desk. The cushy comfort strip gives my wrists support when typing. The tray is exactly what i needed to clear desk space and accommodate working remotely.

The platform tucks away under the desk and then after pulling the tray out you can adjust its height

I dont use it for typing but its at the right ergonomic height should you choose to use a keyboard on it
