I had a defective piece with mine and emailed the service department while assembling the desk they provide a big clear phone number and email on the manual

I have to constantly retighten the screws on the bottom side of the desk

Leveling feet all the assembly holes are aligned perfectly it was a piece of cake for two to assemble

Was going to custom build a desk since i wanted solid wood that was thick not a laminate and reasonably priced

Assembly took about 30 minutes wood top is nearly 2 thick and although its a laminate you wouldnt be able to tell by glancing
