Pros

Once bolted in place i have no doubt this * is going to stay exactly where i put it. Made extra bracing when installing to ensure it was mounted securely in wood. When lowered its at a good angle for viewing.

This thing is awsome! This ceiling tv mount is awesome. I like that it is black and blends right into my decor.

Hitting the remote and having it retract flat against the ceiling is just ridiculously clean… and dare i say, cool? The motor works perfectly and the remote is a bonus imo. Love the remote hydraulic feature.

Was easy to assemble and install. This one is very affordable. It's a breeze to install, pretty much the same as most mounts except you need power.

Cons

Only way it would fit the tv is if the tv was upside down which we cannot change the orientation of the picture. Didn't even last 6 months. The listing says that it would fit up to a 70 inch tv and that is not true.
