Faulty piece came in the box but contacted their technical support and they solved the problem immediately

Pieces missing and one bolt was stripped out right out of the boxupdate the seller contacted me and said they will send replacement parts so i am changing it to four stars

My only reasoning for the 45 stars is the box upon arriving looked like someone threw it down some stairs and then used half of a roll of packing tape putting the box back together however the chair was fine and the tension adjustable tilt feature works fine however with my 170 pounds in it you can hear it squeak 2 rooms away

So ive had this chair now for around 810 months and it started showing its weak points

It is not possible to alter the angle of the back independently nor to lock in the tilted position
