Pros

I am very pleased with the replacement so far and the customer service proved to be great to save a customer. Fits great. Love it.

The lumbar cushion is alright for my 5'11 height and the seat itself is comfortable. The arm rests are wide enough that i can sit comfortably. I like moving them facing in when holding a game controller and lean back.

The quality of the chair is also top notch. The design and material is great on the eyes, makes it look well worth over what it's priced at. It looks so stylish! The sound of durability is also very good.

Easy to assemble, comfy, and sturdy. No squeaking at all. Footrest is very durable and chair was easy to put together.

Cons

I'm 5'10 and weigh 180lbs, so there's no way my casual leaning back should be beyond the manufacturers intended capacity. The foot rest is very weak and doesn't support your legs very well. The seat is sooo uncomfortable, its like sitting on a rock. D... Read More
