Pros
Bench ottoman on each side with this coffee table in the middle. Another plus is the lift of the tabletop. Pop-up top allows us to work with our laptops and/or eat in front of the tv.
This was packaged/shipped nicely; is very well made and super easy to put together. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Easy to assemble.
After assembly, it's sturdy and the lift table isn't wobbly. Smooth firm glide up/down when lifting. It's very sturdy, well designed.
Raises and lowers smoothly. Works best to hold the part just under the top. That way it lifts without sliding forward and the top lifts up evenly.
Cons
Not for the faint of heart. Customer service was totally useless. Top raises up but is very wobbly.

The lifting mechanism works well doesnt stick but is weighted well enough that it doesnt fly around or is loose

I recommend using a drill and not the screw driver provided just so installation will go faster although it was nice to have it come with the table in case someone doesn’t own one

First is that when the table lifts it wobbles a lot and if you’re not careful you’ll spill drinks andor damage the hinges

I filed them down flat because they were sharp enough to rip clothing scratch a child or pull the wood strip off leaving it looking terrible
