The reason for this is that the main screw pack contains screws which do not fit this chair and need to be substituted with the ones in the bags

For example on the instruction sheet section 3 will tell you to use the screws labeled 84 which is labeled as x3 m850mm but in the corresponding pouch in the labeled containers will be m650mm screws which will not work to attach the back of the chair

Since when a wrong sized item is encountered it simply will not fit or not catch on the threaded inserts there is no risk of damage but it does add some confusion and slowness to the assembly process as you now have to double check everything

Or better yet imagine if this company separated each part into its own bag

Its not quite as sturdy as the one i had but the old one is damaged and hard to scoot due to cat fur that i cant get out of the wheels
