Pros
Solid build, perfect fit, does the job well--hauling light loads using my vw tiguan. Durable finish. Lightweight so great for moving trailer without max loads. Very sturdy versatile product.
Put this right in my receiver, inserted the pin, towed another vehicle over 600 miles. Put a locking pin on it because last one was stolen.
Cons
This thing is painted not powder coated. I'm amazed they don't include a pin.

However it is so heavily painted that if you are relying on your ball as a source of ground to the vehicle you might think twice about it unless you want to grind down the paint
