Pros

Got it back today (12-23) and operates better than new. Great buy and great deal. Hopefully holds up a while. These 5400 rpm platters are super cheap now so good value for the money.

Replacement hard drive sits flush with the tray and is easily installed. Very easy to install.

Cons

The drive works, it's just the ps3 that's the problem. Not packaged accordingly to how ‘sensitive’ to bumps these hdd are. Did not work at all.
