It is virtually useless. Of course it's not returnable so just money wasted. Would not recommend.

I am so disappointed with this toshiba product. I see another recent reviewer also had 2 yrs!
Volume is distorted and tinny. Alexa doesn't always recognize it. The best i can do is get alexa to turn it on and off, but not even always that.

I am happy with almost everything including picture quality.
Purchased this for my daughter three years ago and she uses this tv daily with all of the apps and stuff!
The mute indicator stays on a lot even when the set is not muted, and that constitutes a real eyesore.

The main drawback as i see it is that its builtin memory is 4gb and it comes from the factory with most of that memory already taken

Ive gotten message at times that i should free up memory by deleting unneeded apps

You can expand memory but only if you forsake the usb media player function which i refuse to do because i use that media play feature plenty

The software is regularly updated from behind the scenes which is normally beneficial but then again you might at times be unpleasantly surprised by a modification

For example a recent major update of the amazon silk browser changed the display of my bookmarks to a very tiny font size which i am completely unable to read from my tvwatching easy chair about 7feet distant
