Pros

The picture is great and having an alexa remote is so cool. Xbox one hooks up to it, easily. If it happens again, we (now) have an app on our smartphones that works as a universal remote to this tv. It's actually kind of awesome.

Built in speaker is surprisingly good quality. Great tv for the value but the sound quality is not that great.


Cons

Only way to get it back on is to unplug, then plug back in. When it works ifs great but i have to constantly * the remote. Called customer service again.

The tv os is slow and always loses connection with wifi even when signal is strong. It is not compatible with disney+ according to their tech support so the app barely works. Ended up doing a factory reset to clear out apps and proceeded to connect a ...  Read More

    I have not had this tv for more than 4 months when it randomly will not turn on
