The shipping company amazon used ceva stayed behind installed the tv on the stand so that we could plug it in and made sure it worked before they left

We had trouble getting the wifi to work but after the 4th call to toshiba i finally got someone who wasnt quick to say not our problem contact the router manufacturer

They talked me through updating firmware on the tv and finally the wifi worked fine

The only other negative i have is many of the apps are disappointing and this tv does not have a netflix app

It is cumbersome to type with the remote control but maybe there is a wireless keyboard and mouse option that i dont know about

After researching all the local deals prior to black friday approaching black friday and on black friday no one could match amazons deal on this tv
