Pros
Convection oven runs hotter and cooks much faster than you think it will. It is about the size of a compact microwave. Only negative is that the heating elements are not covered.
Product works well and preset functions are good. Even cooking, and fast heating. Spin the dial and add a couple of minutes, or crank up the temp for the remaining time.
Cons
The crumb tray is a joke that lasted 6 months before having to be removed because of being a hazard. The odor of factory oils is still there. I'd say maybe a got a lemon, but this is the second one and my first one broke down in about 11 months.
Once you select a mode the oven selects the temp and time and there is no way to change it. The glass gets extremely hot.

5 years out of it before the heating elements started warping and it then died.
5 weeks after i had it i used the broil and the top eyes did not come on, just the bottom.
Price
Highly recommended, especially for the price that i paid.
The price was reasonable, and it appears to be well-made.
Chicken come out tender not bad for price meet little work 3 pound chicken touch’s top of cooker but not bad

She said i would get a check from them in about 10 days.
Too late to send back to amazon for exchange.
Amazon sent me the toshiba 1 year warranty website and suggested i get in touch with them.
3 days later an asian lady called and said it was approved and double checked my name and address.
Packaging/appearance
Follow package directions or recipes and everything comes out perfectly cooked.

Oven rack wire is fairly small gauge concerned that it may warp or bow with time
