    In general i dont trust external drives any further than i can throw them which is admittedly probably pretty far this thing is really small but also cloud storage is for punks so here i am

    The risk with any of these smaller drives is that if it does fail troubleshooting it to try recovering what you can gets that much more annoying when your only means of accessing it is a usb interface

    But i only use this for backups so im mostly just holding out on the fact that its statistically unlikely for both the backup and the source drive to go out at the same time because sending your drive in for professional data recovery is also for punks
