This was a great purchase. This is the second one i ordered. Would purchase again and recommend.

One drawback is the numbers are not lighted and that is a problem in low light in the evening. I love how it works she is 83 and is dealing with dementia.

But only lasted 1 1/2 years. Purchased april 2021 failed nov 6 2023. Current one is not even 3 months old and isn't right. This is all within a year.

We're all so used to replacing instead of repairing, that we rarely complain to manufacturers for shoddy products. The worst part is there was no resolution through amazon or the seller.

This is both alarming and dangerous.

I wish they worked. I'm very disappointed. In a word, meh.
