Overall, i am extremely pleased with the product; if you need an external drive for your ps5 then this should be considered.

Toshiba quality, speed and reliability are what i was looking for.

Plus like toshiba laptops; never let your computer go to sleep with the bu drive connected.

I don't mind waiting a little longer, but if you do, be aware.

Price was reasonable and the item arrived quickly.

Solid build, fits easily in my laptop back, easy to connect, doesn't get very hot, and the right price.

Bottom line: if you can get this at a decent price you’ll have it for years and it won’t let you down.

I can finally get rid of all my old laptops by storing everything they have in the canvio!

I had already maxed out the ps5 drive in the first day downloading the games i wanted.

Competitiveness

Using to store ps4 games on a ps5, no issues so far.

A 2tb to store those files on and decided to transition this one for my ps4 games exclusively and what a workhorse.

I stupidly bought a no-name data 1tb storage device and lost more songs and downloads than i care to admit.

I have other toshiba canvio external hard drives, but never a 2 tb.
