This is the quietest convection toaster oven i've ever owned. Wife also thinks this unit is much nicer looking than previous all-stainless oven.

Although we do get this messy, clean-up is easy. It's compact and doesn't take too much counter space. Cleans easily with a damp cloth.
Cons
Digital controls are not particularly intuitive and will likely take some getting used to. Manual is essentially useless. Should have been easy with digital controls/relays. Main issue is that it keeps shutting off on it own.

This oven is the best at this price point
Overall for the price and feature set i am very please and it is very good value.
But the price was so cheap, that we can order one separately.
