Pros

Very pleased with purchase. Found on amazon for $57 cheaper than walmart. It's not pretty, and i can live with that.

Two mins is enough to reheat from refrigerator to table. Works as advertised except for that advertised one touch popcorn button. It does reheat potatoes that have previously been cooked perfectly.

Cons

This is one of many many nitpicks which had nothing to do with the malfunction of the unit. It makes noise, turntable and timer work - just no heat. Also during operation it cuts off microwave for a time in continuation cycle.

The * under the panel are a little flakey. Have to unplug the unit to get it to restart. Where is the start button?
