Cons

It appears the magnetron. Is the culinary equivalent of blowing bubbles through a drinking straw and calling it a jacuzzi. It barely warms leftovers in twice the time my little panasonic did, and takes up 3 times the space.

We reset the clock multiple times and it kept repeating this problem.

It's difficult for me to install, uninstall, carry something as heavy as a microwave oven. It definitely isn't a space-saver.

Control keypad is black on black making it very difficult to see the numbers on the keypad. On top of the glare emitted, it is extremely hard to see. The * on the control panel are virtually unreadable - and there is no backlight.
