Pros & Cons
Pros
Worked first time, formatted with no errors. Works great. Worked as advertised, not problems. Just finished running badblocks -wsv.
Shipped on fri. Arrived on mon. Comes wrapped as if unused. No issues whatsoever.
Cons
Bought this drive for dvr, it is snail slow. Toshiba web says non hdd sn and there is no factory warranty. Died within the first year of use.
Highlights
Quality
Happy so far with the performance and price.
I would imaging the warranty would be with the seller not toshiba which is fine.
This hard drive was easily installed and loaded with the windows 7 operating system.
Competitiveness
Works great and costs only a few doll-hairs more than a 7-year old used drive of the same specs on e-bay.
It was a good deal for a 320gb hdd @ 5400rpm.
