Highlights
Quality
I first got the n300 and am happy with it, except the disc seeking sound is a little bit louder than what i had expected.
But they do work well with the qnap nas.
It's arrive very quickly already up and runningperfect integration with the system .
Price
I enjoyed the price for the nas quality
Shipping
They are very fast and data copy was faster than expected.
Packaging/appearance
Retail packaging provides excellent protection against bumps – thick bubble wrap holds the drives firmly in place.
Competitiveness
I'm using it in pair with ds-119 synology enclosure.
Then i bought a seagate ironwolf to replace another g-drive hdd, hoping it will be quieter.
The toshiba drives are in a synology nas and running non-stop - so far very reliable.
Currently have it in a qnap expansion enclosure with 3 other 12 tb ironwolf pro's.

The most noticeable sound is like intermittent clicking noises similar to keyboard clicking only active when data operations are starting

It is in some way as the overall noise level is lower
