Price
Definitely louder than the pair of 4td wd reds they replaced, but the price was good, and they work great in the mycloudmirror (gen 2)
Packaging/appearance
Packaging for a hard drive wasn't the best but better than some i have experienced.
The packaging could be a lot better, as you would expect a hard drive to be securely packaged in a protective case.

These are also 7200 rpm as opposed to the wd 5400 rpm 2tb units they have replaced.
The synology software warns me that it may not be compatible when i install it.
I needed this for a synology nas.
