Pros

This rice cooker is incredibly versatile. Its compact size, multiple cooking functions, and fuzzy logic technology make it a reliable and versatile appliance.

I wash and rinse my rice, 5 times before (3 is unlucky, and 4 isnt enough sorta rule) detachable steam vent and inner lid make maintenance hassle-free. Immediately made a batch of white rice and a batches of red rice.

This one delivers. Worth every penny. Do not regret the purchase. Would by again.

Cons

Trying to replace a discharged battery will void the warranty. Sent the pieces back for refund. If the battery fails after the warranty period, the rice cooker becomes useless.

While it looks sleek from the exterior, it is extremely large and is almost the size of my old machine which has double the capacity. Those are the biggest flaws with the design. Just not worth the aggravation. Horrible product overall.

I’m very satisfied with this toshiba so far, however; it’s better than the aroma cooker that it replaced.

Much better than our first, lower-cost rice cooker.

I can't compare it to the more expensive cookers, but for a small household that eats a lot of grains, it's perfect.
