Highlights
Quality
If i was a senior citizen i would have gave up, no wonder some older people just want to deal with the larger companies in town locally.
Took me a little while and customer service to get it figured out but it finally worked and i am happy.
It works as intended and i've never had a problem with the actual product.
Price
Cost around $10 at brick and mortar stores.
Packaging/appearance
Should be as simple as inputting the new imei number into the account and reusing the old sim card, but they do not allow this.
Competitiveness
Works perfect and much cheaper than at walmart
I switched from straight talk to total wireless to join my family's plan.

One time while chatting with a customer service rep they insinuated that to use the same sim card was to facilitate sim swapping fraud but it seems wasteful to me to have to purchase a new sim card with every phone change
