As with all bamboo cutting boards it’s important to wash after each use and just as importantly they must be dried shortly after washing

So many of these wooden cutting boards are either way too big and clunky or far too small to be of use

Any watermelon flesh that touched the board for more than three seconds tasted like the board smelled and it was incredibly unpleasant sort of like ant pheromones and wet wood and maybe some oddball chemicals thrown in

I threw out the bottom of my cut watermelon that was sitting on the board because i couldnt bring myself to eat it and that was all within a few minutes of contact
