I like to dry the board with a dishcloth and let it dry a few hours, not overnight. Place it on the counter convex side up and spread an small dollop olive oil with your basting brush. About twice a year i hand rub olive oil into the board on all side... Read More

Cons

This cutting board skids a little while cutting. The wood is warped and makes sliding easier and somewhat dangerous. After one week of light use, the largest one split.

Will be returning this product. Should not be recommended as ‘amazon choice’. Update, ordered again hoping for better results and unfortunately. No thanks. Do not recommend.
