The bamboo handles firmly hold the double-edged blades in place and have a nice weight. They seem to be well made and such, just a little smaller than i expected. Could be better but kept.

The blades are sharp enough to slice through harder meats and cheese but not so sharp it causes me concern about leaving them on the charcuterie board for serving

I stupidly tried to take a charcuterie board gift wrapped on a plane completely forgetting it had a set of cheese tools in it
