Pros

Good looking, sturdy but a bit thinner than i like. They are lightweight and so far i am pleased with their performance.

Very happy with these cutting board and would highly recommend them. These are my very first set of bamboo cutting boards. I like these three pieces set chopping board, they are great value.

Bamboo is a renewable wood because it grows so quickly. It also gives it a bolder color and glossy feel. The bamboo grain is fine and feels smooth.

The 3 dif sizes are all good. The medium and large ones are more everyday use for our family. Will condition with mineral oil to help ensure they last.

Cons

It seems the ends of the individual bamboo fibers are lifting away from the board and creating all these tiny little bamboo “hairs” or splinters. They also have a very strange odor.

I thought i would try bamboo over my plastic style cutting boards as they get destroyed after a fairly short time period, less than a year.

Rub in the direction of the grain and let sit for about six hours.

The value is also the best i could find around.

For the money you pay they are all worth it , the 3 different sizes are great for all kinds of use.

There are commercial oils you can by for this purpose, but the food grade mineral oils are cheaper.

Right out of the box these were bold and beautiful cutting boards.

Great quality and packaged well; i just added a bow!
