Pros & Cons
Pros
Love the salt lettering. Just swipe it open and close it. Open and closes without any issues.
Made of bamboo, a renewable resource. Good quality and like the swivel lid. Well crafted and of good quality.
This little cellar is handy to have in the kitchen. It looks nice on my kitchen island and isn’t and eyesore. Easy to use, and looks classy.
Cons
On both boxes, the etching on the left side is much darker than on the right so it seems to be an issue in the manufacturing and not just a fluke. On the bottom, the glue had come unglued for a couple of inches around. The wood was cracked.
It was cheaply made. Too bad. I read about it but hoped it would be ok. Sadly it's not. They are pretty useless, and a waste of rare earth elements.

It opens and closes super easily, which is great when cooking.
