Well, mine was likely chemically fused due to the amount of time since i'd last used it and i stripped the screw trying to close the valve.
I agree and understand mike's review, the valve is plastic and small.
Price
Our plumber couldn't understand why for such an expensive bidet.

When i went to shut off the water supply i was unable to do so instead of a large handle with lots of available torque they have a small flat head screw
