It does help with puffiness under eyes as long as its a temporary thing my puffiness is a temporary kind i dont know how it would work on a more permanent type of puffiness

I just found it applied a lot of eye cream to one area and cant really use the excess to move over to other eye area unless i use my fingers

Be careful not to get this serum too close to your lash line because even when it is patted into your skin if you blink too hard or squint it burns your eyes badly
